Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only after prior authorization from our team. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, including original labels, accessories, and packaging where applicable.
Return Window
Return requests should be submitted promptly after delivery. Any approved return must be shipped within the timeline provided in the return authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized configurations, special-order items, and products altered after delivery may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Return Approval
To initiate a return, contact our team with order details, product information, and the reason for the request. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
