Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of networking hardware (New, Used, or Refurbished) provided by AN Infranex LLP. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Condition & Warranty

• New Products: Covered under the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
• Used/Refurbished Equipment: All pre-owned units (Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, etc.) are rigorously tested. Unless otherwise stated in writing, used equipment is sold with a limited 30-day RTB (Return to Base) warranty against hardware failure.
• As-Is Sale: Used products may have minor cosmetic wear which does not affect functional performance.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless credit terms have been pre-approved in writing.
• Currency & Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST, Custom Duties, and other levies, which shall be borne by the Buyer.
• Payment Methods: Payments must be made via Wire Transfer, NEFT, or RTGS to the designated company bank account of AN Infranex LLP.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Ex-Works: All shipments are processed on an "Ex-Works" basis. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the goods leave our warehouse.
• Lead Times: Delivery dates are estimates. AN Infranex LLP is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or courier logistics.
• Shipping Costs: Freight charges are to be paid by the Buyer unless specified otherwise in the final quotation.

5. Inspection and Acceptance

The Buyer must inspect the hardware within 48 hours of delivery. Any discrepancies, physical damage, or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) claims must be reported via email within this window.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Orders for specifically sourced or high-value networking modules cannot be cancelled once processed.
• Returns for non-defective used gear are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in the original shipped condition.

7. Export Compliance

The Buyer acknowledges that networking hardware may be subject to trade-control laws. The Buyer agrees not to export or re-export products to any restricted countries or entities in violation of international trade regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

AN Infranex LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business profits resulting from hardware failure.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the registered office of AN Infranex LLP is situated.
